You have 7 days from the date of purchase to process an exchange. You must submit a request for approval before returning or exchanging all orders. Please use the form on this page to give us the exchange or return details. Please include your order number as well. Once approved, you will be emailed a return authorization number and a return address within 48 hours.
The return authorization number must be indicated on the outside of your package. All Returns without the return authorization number will not be processed and will be refused back to the sender.
Returns/Exchanges are processed within 3 business days of receipt to our warehouse. All returns will be given store credit only, excluding any shipping fees.
Please use a form of shipment that includes tracking information to confirm receipt of your return. We are not responsible for shipping, or missing/lost packages. We will not process store credit for merchandise we do not receive. For any lost packages, you must file a lost package claim with the courier used to ship the return.
